FlickMark only collects minimal technical information necessary for the app to function:

• Device Information: Basic device type and operating system version for app compatibility
• Subscription Status: Through our payment processor RevenueCat to manage your subscription
• Crash Reports: Anonymous technical data to improve app stability

Third-Party Services

FlickMark uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management and payment processing. RevenueCat may collect subscription-related data as outlined in their privacy policy.
• Streaming Availability API: For movie identification and availability checks. We only send the movie title to this API, not any image data.
• Google Gemini: For content analysis. Image data is processed but not stored.
• Bright Data: For content recognition. Image data is processed but not stored.

Data Storage

• All your movie lists and preferences are stored locally on your device only
• We do not use any cloud storage services
• Your data remains under your complete control
• Uninstalling the app will remove all your data

How We Use Information

The minimal information we collect is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain the FlickMark service
• Process subscription payments through RevenueCat
• Improve app performance and fix technical issues
• Ensure app compatibility with your device

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties, except:

• RevenueCat for subscription processing
• Streaming Availability API, Google Gemini, and Bright Data for identification and analysis purposes as described above

FlickMark does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use this app or provide any information.
